Cross wire straightening device
The weft wire is straightened by the straightening device before welding. It can ensure that the aperture is regular, beautiful and flat mesh surface after welding.
Welding electrode
We use high-quality high chromium copper. Conductivity and hardness are very good, wear-resistant, long service life. The replacement cost of wearing parts is reduced.
Cutter
The cutter is equipped at the edge and middle of the wire mesh to ensure that the edge of the wire mesh is very neat, and two rolls of mesh can be produced together.
Mesh pulling shaft and winding device
The mesh pulling shaft is customized according to the mesh aperture. The welded mesh is driven forward by the rotation of the pulling shaft to reach the mesh winding device. The mesh winding device rolls the welded wire mesh into rolls.
Control button
The main machine is equipped with a control button, which canstop in time when the Machine fails, so as to reduce the waste of wire mesh.
Control cabinet
You can adjust the welding speed and welding current of the machine through the function of the control cabinet. You can also use the counter to set the length of the mesh. The machine stops automatically when it reaches the preset length.
