The Mesh Welding Machine adopts numerical control synchronous control technology. Both the welding time and the individual control welding time are composed of a PLC digital programming system. The input panels are either touch screens or keyboards, making the operation more intelligent and rational. The steel mesh welding machine conducts one-time pressing and multi-step welding. The greatest advantage of this control is that it can produce over 30 different sizes of mesh holes between the warp and weft on the same mesh surface. The welding adopts a new type of highly efficient water-cooled welding transformer, which expands the range of welding wire diameters. The net pulling is controlled by a servo motor, which not only improves the accuracy of the grid but also ensures the adjust ability of the distance between the weft wires.

Cross Wire hopper

Welding electrode
The electrode and copper base are all made of high chromium copper, which is a special alloy material with wear resistance and high temperature resistance. Increase the service life of the electrode.
Mesh pulling system

Auto Mesh cutting machine
When the wire mesh panel reach the setted postion,the cutting part would work to cut the panel into the right size.
