◆ The full automatic PLC Stiff Stay Knot fence machine knot was initially designed for the North American horse fence market,then known as the Square Deal or "S" knot This knot features a distinctive smooth.strong knot that utilise 75% less knot wire when compared to the Fixed Knot.
◆ This design ensures an economic and robust knot that cannot damage the animal's pelt.
Product Description
1.The forging process guarantees the knot-wire is pressed and locked into position underneath the stay-wire, hiding the ends, and ensuring no exposed sharp edges. This makes the knot especially suitable for the safe retention of valuable stock as pelts or hides cannot be damaged.
2.The Stiff Stay knot is square rather than rectangular, ensuring the line and stay-wire are evenly secured in place.
3.The Stiff Stay knot economically utilize 75% less knot-wire than its Fixed Knot counterpart.
4.The knot-wire is cut at a 45-degree angle, utilizing less knot-wire with no sharp
5.Wire coating damage is kept to a minimum during the forging process with the help of specialize engineered tooling.
