The fixed speed tooth plate is driven by the main motor, the speed ratio depends on the product model, and the angular velocity is also certain. The linear velocity of the take-up wheel increases with the increase of the aperture of the take-up reel. In order to ensure a certain supporting force, that is, to maintain the same angular velocity of wire feeding and wire take-up, it is necessary to continuously reduce the speed ratio of the take-up wheel to ensure that the take-up speed of the take-up wheel is stable.
